Ordering
Orders can be placed Monday to Friday 7:00 AM
to 5:00 PM PST by calling (714) 778-6448. Our
staff will assist you in selection and coordination
of linens for your selection and coordination
of linens for your event. Orders may also be
made via fax at (714) 533-4271. Order confirmations
will be made by fax.
Shipping
We ship by ground service. Orders are calculated
to arrive at least 1 business day prior to
the event. Expedited service can be arranged
at client¡¦s expense. All orders must be picked
up by shipper for return not later than 2
business days after the event or late charges
will be assessed. Return shipment pickup is
pre-arranged.
Third
Party Delivery
If client verbally or in writing designates
a third party to be the recipient of the good,
the client is fully responsible for all terms,
conditions, charges, and obligations.
Damaged/Lost
Linens
The client will be charged for linens that
are lost, torn, burned or stained beyond cleaning.
The replacement cost for each linen is listed
on the invoice. Damaged linens can be returned
to client provided the replacement value has
been paid along with the return shipping charges.
Please be careful when using candles. Not
only can they burn the tablecloth, but wax
is difficult to remove and does stain.
Terms
All orders are shipped COD unless prior credit
has been arranged. A damage/loss deposit may
be required. No refunds on unused linens.
All new customers must have a signed rental
agreement on file.
Packing
Instructions
Prior to packing, please shake out tablecloths
in order to remove loose food waste. Linens
must be packed dry. Wet linens may mildew
and permanently stain. Do not place linens
in plastic bags.
Refusal
of Deliveries
If there is a refusal of delivery for goods
ordered, then the client is subject to applicable
restocking and/or processing fees.
